    McLean wrote this book because he believes that knowledge and cultivation of the spiritual dimension of life is vital if one is to develop his or her full potential. In the book's forward, the author states he will address two main concerns: 1) define more clearly the meaning of spirituality; and 2) outline a process of spiritual transformation.
